I have served as both an individual contributor and a senior design consultant. In my role on the product team, I took the initiative to design various product roadmap items, new feature propositions, and enhancements in customer experience and design, all aimed at meeting usability and accessibility standards. Additionally, I have helped to evolve the design language while overseeing daily design operations. I conducted user research to validate the proposed designs with proxy users and pilot customers, gathering insights, confirming user needs, and working with the PO and BA to map the service blueprint and pinpoint gaps in the customer experience.
