I focused on enhancing the design of HRMC live services to align with GDS design standards and the accessibility regulations set in 2018. I organized design workshops to grasp both policy and business requirements, while also facilitating these sessions. Throughout the process, I provided user flows, page flows, wireframes, and prototypes, utilising the HMRC GOV.UK prototyping kit for design walkthroughs and review meetings with stakeholders.
