My Role: Experience Lead (UX and UI) (Apr 2022 - Jul 2022)
Spearheaded the discovery phase of ASDA's'future' programme, facilitating workshops, ideation, prototyping, research, testing, and organizing the design backlog. Directed the development of ASDA's grocery routing and slotting service, producing all discovery phase artefacts and presenting the results to the leadership team for guidance and to the technical team for feasibility assessment. Additionally, I collaborated with my team to deliver detailed designs within a tight project timeline.
